Kerasilk pre-paid package purchase

Bookings must be made for each package purchased.

1: There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased, however, payment must be paid in full at the salon or bank transfer and the terms of our Cancellation and refund policy continue to apply.
2: Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to the 50% off first Kerasilk treatment offer, and discounts offered by third parties.
3: Treatments within the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
4: Client’s must inform Hair spa Wellington of their skin/scalp/hair/allergy concerns prior to commencing all treatments/ products and a consent form must be signed.

Changed your mind?
We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it or have no use for it.

Cancellations and Refunds

1: Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or salon.
2: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation.
If you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
3: Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.
4: Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your stylist or technician on what you can achieve with your treatment.

Prepaid Treatment

1: If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. Refunds can only be issued on pre-pays in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation and Refunds policy. The pre-pays are not transferable to other individuals, treatment, hair services or salon.
2: Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date.
3: 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
4: You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
5: Any request for refund by you, for treatments purchased, must be made in writing and issued to: hairspa.wlg@gmail.com

Products purchase online


Orders received before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 12 pm will be shipped the next business day.

A physical address is required (work or home) for all deliveries. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to tracking details It can take a bit of time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn’t show up straight away, please check back later.

  • $4.50 New Zealand Shipping – Authority To Leave
  • $4.50 New Zealand Shipping – Signature Required (compulsory on orders over $80)
  • $9.00 New Zealand Rural Delivery – Authority To Leave / Courier signed for
  • $9.00 New Zealand Rural Delivery – Signature Required (compulsory on orders over $80)

If you have a rural address the courier may sign for your parcel and either keep it in their van or return to the depot with it if unsafe to leave.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Delivery Policy (within New Zealand)
All goods will be dispatched from our premises and delivered to you by NZ post.
Goods will usually arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch.
Should goods arrive damaged please refer to our Refunds policy below.
All prices quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Goods
If products are damaged during transit we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and therefore we will replace the product.
If this has happened to your order, please email hairspa.wlg@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.
You will need to hold onto the damaged product while the returns claim is under process.

All sales are final, products purchased can not be exchanged/returned due to change of mind.
Products marked on ‘SALE’ are unable to be returned or refunded.
